Betting online (referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the website") is an online betting and gaming service. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, including those in Bangladesh, wherever our services are legally accessible.

When registering with Betting online, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. If false or misleading information is provided, we reserve the right to close the account at any time and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

One Account Rule

Only one account per person is allowed. If the same individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance will be forfeited. Members of the same household may use separate accounts, but users sharing the same device or IP address may be subject to verification.

• Your password must not be shared with anyone
• The account holder is responsible for all activity on their account

• Selling, transferring, or renting your account is strictly prohibited

Registration and betting on Betting online is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18. We enforce strict age verification, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.

KYC Verification Process

The following documents may be required as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process:

• National ID (NID) or passport photo
• Utility bill or bank statement as proof of address
• A photo of your ID alongside a selfie (if required)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals will be on hold until KYC verification is complete. The process typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

You can deposit on Betting online using Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳ 1,00,000
• Weekly maximum deposit: ৳5,00,000

Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Deposits are generally instant. If a deposit gets stuck, contact our support team with your payment reference number.

Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal Timeframes

• Mobile Banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket): Within 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000

Wagering Requirements

After claiming a bonus, a specified amount must be wagered before any withdrawal can be made. This is typically 5x to 10x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳ 1,000 bonus with a 5x requirement means you must wager ৳ 5,000.

• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe
• Bonuses may not be available for all games — specific categories apply
• Minimum odds may apply when betting with bonus balance
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry
• Bonuses will be forfeited if fraud is suspected

Welcome Bonus — Special Conditions

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit exclusively. If you already have an account or have previously claimed a bonus, you will not be eligible.

Once a bet is confirmed on Betting online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review your bet carefully before placing it.

If a match is cancelled or suspended

• If cancelled before the match starts: full refund of the bet amount
• If suspended after the match has started: settlement as per the applicable rules
• Bet cancelled if the match does not resume within 48 hours
• Previously placed bets remain valid for rescheduled matches

Odds Changes

The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final. Any subsequent odds changes will not affect existing bets. In Live Betting, there may be a brief pause while odds are being updated.

Betting online reserves the right to close or suspend an account at any time without notice if:

• Any part of these terms and conditions is violated
• Registering with false or incomplete information
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• Suspected money laundering or fraud
• Exploiting any vulnerabilities in the betting system
• Use of bots or automated software

Users may close their account at any time. If there is a remaining balance, it must be withdrawn first. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon closure.

Betting online takes a firm stance against fraud, money laundering, and any other illegal activity. Our system monitors for suspicious activity automatically, 24/7.

Activities that will be considered fraudulent:

• Claiming the same bonus multiple times using multiple accounts
• Exploiting bugs or glitches in the betting system

• Match fixing or use of insider information

If fraud is confirmed, the relevant account and balance will be forfeited and the appropriate authorities will be notified if necessary.

Our liability for any financial loss arising from use of the Betting online platform is limited. We are not responsible in the following cases:

• Losing a bet due to loss of internet connection
• Issues with the user's own device or software
• Delays or errors from third-party payment providers
• Force majeure — natural disasters, war, or government directives
• Loss of password or account credentials due to the user's own negligence

If a win is displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, Betting online reserves the right to correct the amount. If the user has already withdrawn the funds, they will be required to return them.
